It’s a double bill of delightful dogs from me at Edinburgh this summer!

Saturday August 23rd at 2pm:
fasten your seat-belts because for the first time at a book festival I shall be introducing Dixie O’Day In the Fast Lane: the first in a thrilling series of adventure stories about best pals Dixie and Percy, written by my Mum and illustrated by me.
I shall be reading and drawing, and the audience will have the chance to design their very own MARVELLOUS MOTORS.
Move over Wacky Races – I think my Edinburgh Dixie Team will be overtaking in the fast lane with some awesomely crazy cars of their own!

Also Saturday August 23rd at 11am:
in a special reading workshop, I shall be chatting about pretty much everybody’s all-time best-loved picture book: Dogger.
Please bring hankies – I feel certain there won’t be a dry eye in the house.

I’ll be interviewing the chap himself in his home beforehand, now living in quiet retirement, so if you have any questions you’d like to ask him – fire away.
