and very small thoughts…
I have been a person of small brain today, and what there is seems to be full of fluff.
All I am thinking alwaysvaltrexonline.com is:
do I like my ribbons in this order?
Or this?
Or in pairs?
But OH NO – a lonely singleton!
See?
Send intellectual stimulation, quick…
Hmm. Tricky business.
This will take some thought.
I might need a cup of tea….
and a biscuit……
I think you should go with picture one but move the purple and then the pink to the end next to the blues. Does it make it look more like a rainbow? You may need to unwind a few lengths and stretch them out in a rainbowy shape to check. And maybe reverse the order to be controversial.
And then you might need to have a quick drink and a biscuit with your back turned then have another look. Just to check.
In fact, I’ll get my ribbons out and help. This is serious business.
I tried this with my books *months* ago and I’m still fiddling about with the order.
I am delighted that you too take this sort of thing seriously.
And of course – I should have thought – you have rainbows running through your veins!
The second arrangement is vastly superior to the other two. Why? Because it is attractive in its randomness. The first looks like a rainbow sequence gone awry. The third is too regimental, but doesn’t even get that right. What’s the odd one doing by itself, for instance? But, oh, that second one has everything any self respecting fluffy minded person could wish for.
Hello Colin, I am relieved that you find at least something to like here, the second arrangement, because I must say you are rather bracing – harsh, even – about the other efforts! Hanging onto my self-respect by a thread…
Oooh, I can be a harsh judge, the Simon Cowell of the haberdashery world.
‘The Simon Cowell of the haberdashery world’ is a phrase I have never heard before and will never ever forget.
Of course it just makes me long for your approval even more!
I would definitely put the red ones in front of the blues ๐
Yes, I like that too!
Oh no! I forgot to factor in the orange – hold that thought, I may have to revise my plan ๐
The orange always throws everything… traditionally put between yellow and red, and yet so good with blue.
What IS one to think??
I would like to tangle them all up together like a bowl of ribbon tagliatelle. I hope this doesn’t upset anyone.
The ‘treatment of ribbons’ may in time become as well regarded a test for mental disorders as the ink blots..
I also very much love ribbon tagliatelle.
And the idea of putting someone in front of a pile of ribbons and then studying them intently, clipboard in hand…
I am very late to this party, but am totally in love with the idea of ribbon tagliatelle. There is only one problem: I clearly need to go on a serious ribbon-buying splurge ๐
I am even more late to reply, but thank you so much for calling by Fiona – and YES! You of all people need to go on a ribbon splurge almost daily… I love seeing all your beautiful things on http://www.etsy.com/shop/morganandpink…X
Oh thank you so much ๐ xxx
