This is my idea of a perfect morning…
 the warmest of welcomes at Tales on Moon Lane bookshop (thank you so much @shopgirl1981 and Livs!) and a beautiful display:

some story-telling and drawing, and then getting down to some serious crafting…

and when everybody had made their felt Martha-bunny – a lovely bit of good luck cheer for their school bag – we took some photos.

I LOVE these pictures. I love the way children are so serious about proudly showing their efforts although often you can’t actually see them…
then the buttons are flying off one and rolling away, and the head detaches itself from another, needing some quick surgery…

I took along my example of course, but a little girl called Esme gave me another one to keep that she had made herself.

I don’t think I need tell you which one I like best.
