I had a really nice visit to Tettenhall College near Wolverhampton the other day. The children, from 6 to 11 years old, were positively bursting with creativity and enthusiasm, and their librarian Debbie was full of clever ideas to make reading fun (long gone are the days when libraries presented books as good for you but boring, like being made to eat up your vegetables).
In my workshop we made mini-books (that fold ingeniously away into a neat little package); our theme was The Secret Life of Pets.
I was given this one as a keepsake. It’s called My Secret Life by Sunny (a dog).
Thank you very much, Rosie!
